These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website operated by TeckPath Information Technology Solutions Ltd. (“TeckPath,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) at teckpath.com (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

These Terms work together with our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Publication Policy. Paid client services are governed by separate written agreements. Where a client agreement conflicts with these Terms for that engagement, the client agreement controls.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or otherwise using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use and enjoyment of the Site.

Prohibited behaviour includes, without limitation:

• Harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any person
• Transmitting obscene, offensive, defamatory, or unlawful content

• Uploading malware or interfering with Site security

3. Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights in the Site and its content belong to TeckPath or its licensors. This includes copyright in text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, digital downloads, and software.

4. User-generated content

You are responsible for any content you post, transmit, or otherwise make available on the Site. You may not post or transmit content that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, infringing, deceptive, or otherwise harmful.

Content submitted for publication on our blog or media channels is also subject to our Publication Policy.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TeckPath, its affiliates, employees, agents, and representatives will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from or connected with your use of the Site or your inability to use it, including indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We may modify these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date shows when they were last revised. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you agree to the updated Terms.
